Not many people want to put their house on the market during COVID. Katie insisted that it wouldn't be that hard. We were very fortunate to have Katie in our corner. Every question was answered, every problem was solved & nothing was too hard for her to handle. Finally prospective buyers were allowed through the property & a zoom auction finished it off. A whole different experience but an excellent outcome. I cannot recommend Katie enough - especially through tough conditions.

From a cool first inspection to a more engaged second family inspection & finally Michael approached us as the party most interested & his professionalism shone. All the steps were laid out & seamlessly activated in swift time. Very smooth & still very cool! He engendered confidence & I expect the vendors felt the same! He adopts methodologies of sale which give all parties a sense of knowing exactly what’s going on & that’s rare. Williams Real Estate is in capable hands.

John was an absolute gentleman to deal with in the purchase of my parent in laws new home. He was very patient and understanding of their situation, and respected the delicate nature of the purchase; after being in the home for over 40 years. He was very prompt, willing to go above and beyond and communication with him was a dream. John represented both his vendor and us as buyers equally and fairly, and supported both parties in this transaction. We cannot recommend him more highly.
