Fantastic agent who is incredibly genuine and calm under pressure

First time buyer
My experience with Michael was very brief which on reflection is exactly what you’d wish for when purchasing a home. The property was love at first sight and Michael was able to answer all of my queries quickly and accurately, which made the decision and execution easy. It still hasn’t crystallised with me that this has all actually happened!

Successful Sale

Best agent ever!
Katie and the Williams team are incredible. Not only did they she a great price for us, but she also did it in a global pandemic under stage 4 restrictions! Katie's local knowledge of the market and her attention to detail about the area influenced our decision to go with her. It was the little touches, every year she'd send a bottle of wine on the anniversary of us buying the house (even though she didn't sell it to us), we requested a valuation 12 months prior to selling and she suggested holding until prices rose (she was right to hold), she genuinely wanted the best result for us and our family. I couldn't recommend her more.
