Audwin is an excellent real estate agent. From our first meeting to planning the sales strategy, from the preparation of the property for sale to the auction itself, we found him easy to work with. He tells you things as it is without the usual "dressing up" that one would often see from an estate agent. He did not impose his views on us and listened to our preferences, and advised us accordingly. He was conscientious and worked very hard in marketing the property and was very good in keeping us informed of the interest in the property in a detailed manner. He made the stressful journey of selling a property a much easier one to go through. We would thoroughly recommend Audwin.

Audwin did an amazing job with communicating to us every step of the way when we put our property on the market. He also helped with the movements of furniture when he didn't need to, in order to make our lives easier. He also kept us updated on the prospective buyers for the property and did well in promoting and selling our property. We would definitely recommend him to others in order to buy or sell property.

Raymond is a personal friend, which is one of the reason I pick him to represent me for the sale of my property. I explained to him about my lack of knowledge, and he patiently answers my questions regarding everything. You know, first time selling can be nerve wrecking and Raymond is able to calm me down during the pre-sales. I definitely recommend working with Raymond, He's one of the easiest person to deal with, honest, and will not dissapoint!

My fathers house was put on the market 4 weeks prior to it going to auction. Raymond Indrawan gave him comfort about what the steps would be and and how to manage the intervening weeks from when the for sale board was put up and auction day. In four weeks many potential buyers had gone through the property, a big turn out on auction day and it sold at auction above the expected reserve price. Raymond gave my father the confidence and provided current market knowledge to make the right decisions at the right time. He would certainly recommend Raymond and WIN real estate to those who are thinking of selling.

l contacted three agents to sell our mothers property as she has entered a nursing home. The property was fairly run down as my mother is quite old and hasn't modernized.I selected Raymond because he was punctual, very well informed on the local property market ,his costs were reasonable and had a friendly professional manner.Raymond was in constant contact with me through every step of the marketing program and the property was sold within a short period of time. l was happy with the price he achieved as the position of the property wasn't ideal.I would highly recommend Raymond and his agency as my experience was very positive.

Raymond was absolutely outstanding in handling the recent sale of our property in Mulgrave. He worked tirelessly during the campaign, employing a clever strategic approach, as well as proactively seeking out all potential buyers, whilst always keeping me informed on all potential buyers. I interviewed many agents and was so happy I went with WIN. Due to his diligence in creating interest in the property the auction process was amazing, encouraging buyers to go the extra mile. As a result the price he achieved was far in excess of our reserve. Once again, I cannot recommend Raymond and his team more highly.

Audwin has a professional and caring attitude right from day one when we first met. He was recommended to us and no regrets whatsoever. We have never sold a property in Australia so no experience at all but one can rely on Audwin to make the all the right recommendations to make the property attractive and presentable. He then followed up with a detailed report each week to show the progress of each viewing session. Finally, the auctioneer he engaged in the sale was just great.
