Fantastic Agent!
We have sold and bought a number of properties with a variety of agents and have to say Raymond was by far the best. Extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable. During a time which can be quiet stressful he made everything very easy for us, and always kept in contact with updates on our property. If we are to sell/buy again we will defiantly be calling Raymond!

Good to deal with
Overall Audwin was great to deal with. In the lead up to the auction we were having regular meeting and Audwin and his team did a great job as following up on all potential buyers. His initial valuation of our property was much higher than where the market probably was. There was also absolutely no communication from WIN after the auction date or even around settlement time.

Dealing with Audwin and his team was a stress less affair with Audwin taking care of all the details. His communication with us, was of the highest order and his market knowledge very sound. His credibility was one of the major factors we used his company to sell 13 Kallista Road. Best of the Best of Agents
I would highly recommend Audwin. We recently sold our property through WIN Real Estate, not only did we get a great price but Audwin's professionalism, communication and ability to gain us the price we were after and more was excellent. The process which is normally stressful was very easy, personalised and the options presented to us suited our budget and he was very flexible to chop and change what was and wasn't needed. I can't speak highly enough of Audwin and would recommend him to anybody buying or selling.
