Ally advised us on how best to prepare the property for sale. Ally gave good feedback on all people who came to the open house and had 2 opens a week. This is in contrast to our previous agent whose feedback was a quick phone call and who missed 2 opens that they had scheduled and seemed to be going thru the motions only.
