Excellent agent
Right from the beginning Audwin was thorough and accurate with his recommendations in how to prepare the property for sale. He suggesteda number of trade people who were excellent in their trade and value. Audwin allowed us to state the time of the sale and contacted us for meetings at appropriate times to us. He made excellent suggestions along the way that proved to be correct. Two of these were the stagingof the house and the finishing touches to the garden. Audwin was always prompt in answering queries or assisting you with concerns. His demeanour never wavered and was most pleasant to deal with at all times. Audwin gave us prompt feedback about house opens and his effort for the vendor around sale time was excellent.

The Best Agent!
Selling a home can be a stressful experience, however, the whole process was very smooth sailing and enjoyable. Raymond is very professional and communicative. The weekly reports and updates are very thorough and it shows that WIN real estate does the hard yard in their selling efforts. The auction also went very well and overall I would highly recommend Raymond and WIN real estate if you are thinking of selling your home.

Audwin Wibrata and his team at WIN Real Estate were a magnificent team
Audwin and his team were happy to answer our questions and they put us at ease through all the processes of the sale. They kept us up-to-date at regular intervals, visiting us each week to give us information about the potential buyers, and the potential selling price. We never felt that they were treating us like vendors, we were important to them and their agency. The icing on the cake was Brent, the best Auctioneer in the whole of Victoria (our estimation, not his). He continued the caring and knowledgeable approach and the auction went without a hitch. Our only regret is that we dont have numerous properties for which we can engage Audwin and his team again. Of course, it helps that we were also the best vendors in Victoria.

A very honest and proactive agent
