We just purchased a home through Win Real Estate and we couldn’t ask for a better real estate agent to deal with. Audwin and Alex are wonderful agents who are caring and honest and had turned this stressful experience into an exciting and fun one. They are very professional and treat both parties, vendor and the purchaser, with respect. We highly recommend Win real estate!

Right from the beginning Audwin was thorough and accurate with his recommendations in how to prepare the property for sale. He suggesteda number of trade people who were excellent in their trade and value. Audwin allowed us to state the time of the sale and contacted us for meetings at appropriate times to us. He made excellent suggestions along the way that proved to be correct. Two of these were the stagingof the house and the finishing touches to the garden. Audwin was always prompt in answering queries or assisting you with concerns. His demeanour never wavered and was most pleasant to deal with at all times. Audwin gave us prompt feedback about house opens and his effort for the vendor around sale time was excellent.

Selling a home can be a stressful experience, however, the whole process was very smooth sailing and enjoyable. Raymond is very professional and communicative. The weekly reports and updates are very thorough and it shows that WIN real estate does the hard yard in their selling efforts. The auction also went very well and overall I would highly recommend Raymond and WIN real estate if you are thinking of selling your home.

Dear Audwin and Team This is a Testimonial as to how you successfully sold our Property. I first met Audwin when he was conducting a door knock in our area. I opened the door to this well dressed respectable man who presented himself in a quiet but confident professional manner. At this stage we were only showing a slight interest in selling. Audwin never said anything to make me feel pressured into making a decision there and then. He gave me his card and said when we were ready he hoped we would contact him. Because of his manner and professional attitude we did not hesitate to call him when we did decide to sell. At our first meeting he detailed every step of the campaign and allowed us to progress at our own speed. At the end of that meeting he shook our hands and his parting words were TRUST ME During the remainder of the campaign that is exactly what we did Trusted Him. Not once did he falter in his dedication to achieve the best results for us. We have never known anyone so professional in his work. We were never once left high and dry, if he said he would call us at a certain time he did, he also took the time to explain the smallest detail. When our house sold his genuine pleasure in what had been achieved was greatly appreciated by us. Audwin we know you and your team will go from Strength to Strength and we wish you every success. You deserve it (just remember our shared advice). To all Future clients we say when Audwin says Trust Me believe in him completely. Thank you Audwin for a job well done, Kindest regards, Mary.

Ally and the team at WIN realestate were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Finding an agent can be a difficult choice but in the end I wanted someone who I built a rapport with and knew would be professional and work hard to maintain relationships with potentional buyers. Thank Ally!!

Audwin and his team were happy to answer our questions and they put us at ease through all the processes of the sale. They kept us up-to-date at regular intervals, visiting us each week to give us information about the potential buyers, and the potential selling price. We never felt that they were treating us like vendors, we were important to them and their agency. The icing on the cake was Brent, the best Auctioneer in the whole of Victoria (our estimation, not his). He continued the caring and knowledgeable approach and the auction went without a hitch. Our only regret is that we dont have numerous properties for which we can engage Audwin and his team again. Of course, it helps that we were also the best vendors in Victoria.
