Great Agent
We thank Audwin and the team for selling our investment property at Pearson Street. The team did an amazing job and the property was sold beyond what we think could have been possible. We had a lot of people turn out to the auction and it's a testament to their skills, market knowledge and marketing which got us the top price. Professional, hard working and results.
It has been a great experience selling our home in the auction. I personally attended Win Real Estate auctions as well as the auctions of other relevant real estates in Mulgrave area for quite sometime. The final decision to choose Raymond was based on the size of the audience that attended his auctions and the auctioneer, Brent who was brilliant in his game. Raymond is attentive, hard working, informative and professional. He is also fortunate to have a strong teamwork to assist in the process. In my opinion, it is important as a vendor to choose the agent that you feel comfortable with and also you have to build up a good relationship and have trust in your choosing agent.
