As new owners of an investment property some 5 years ago, Cathie & I were not to sure which realtor to use managing our property. After researching realtors in the area, we settled with Wisdom Realty, a small boutique realtor where rentals were managed by one person. From day one, we were impressed by the professionalism and exactitude provided by Anna. The rental agreement was explained in depth, a very reasonable monthly fee was offered, no extra fees charged for 'administration' charges, no extra fees for EOY income statements, conducting very careful screening of potential tenants, advice given as to who should be considered, consistant easy contact with Anna, whether by txt or email. Have had great tenants since purchasing the unit and have a great tenant in place currently. Cannot speak more highly of Wisdom Realty and hope for a long and lasting association.

For the past two years, Anna & Wayne Oweis from Wisdom Realty have managed my rental property at Biggera Waters. During this time they have acted in a professional, ethical and friendly manner. Both have excellent communications skills and immediately let me know If there is a problem or an issue that needs resolving. Regular property checks have been done and photographs supplied while paperwork is always up to date and on time. Recently my tenants vacated and the unit needed a lot of updating including painting, new blinds, carpets and a stove. Anna and Wayne did a fantastic job in managing all of this while finding the best prices available. All quotes were immediately communicated to me and discussed. Once a decision was made Wisdom Realty ensured that the jobs were done in a professional and timely manner. The end result has been a totally refurbished unit for which Anna and Wayne were able to locate tenants in advance. Again, potential tenants were discussed with me and a joint decision was reached.
