Trustworthy and Reliable
We have been dealing with Wayne and Anna of Wisdom Realty for over 4 years now. We have purchase properties through them as well as utilising their property management services for several rental properties. We have found them to be professional and friendly with an eye for detail and excellent when it comes to communication. They treat our rental properties as if it’s their own. I would highly recommend their services for either selling / purchasing or property management.

Wisdom Excellence
As new owners of an investment property some 5 years ago, Cathie & I were not to sure which realtor to use managing our property. After researching realtors in the area, we settled with Wisdom Realty, a small boutique realtor where rentals were managed by one person. From day one, we were impressed by the professionalism and exactitude provided by Anna. The rental agreement was explained in depth, a very reasonable monthly fee was offered, no extra fees charged for 'administration' charges, no extra fees for EOY income statements, conducting very careful screening of potential tenants, advice given as to who should be considered, consistant easy contact with Anna, whether by txt or email. Have had great tenants since purchasing the unit and have a great tenant in place currently. Cannot speak more highly of Wisdom Realty and hope for a long and lasting association.
