We purchased a property that Wayne Oweis from Wisdom Realty had listed. This particular property was part of a very messy & complicated legal situation that involved some unpaid contractors & personal issues with the previous owners. Thanks to the Patience, Professionalism & Diligence from Wayne Oweis, we managed to see the purchase go ahead. The end result was of great benefit to not only us as buyers, but also to the sellers. I do not believe that we would have managed to finalise the purchase without Wayne's constant efforts. Thanks Wayne! Regards, George

Anna has been managing our property for a few years now. When our tenants had to leave early she ensured a smooth transition. She also helped organise some minor repairs so that our new tenants were not inconvenienced. Highly recommend Anna for property management.

The Real Estate so far has been really reassuring, organised and professional. Their entry report was really thorough. They’re really easy to talk to if there are any issues, often they ask to make sure everything is going well and whether we settled in okay. I mentioned that there was a problem with the plumbing and they arrived a few hours later and called the plumber so the problem was fixed that day. They have also tried to offer some advice on connecting our internet. So far really helpful and friendly. I’m grateful to have an agent that takes action straight away and cares about the tenants wellbeing and the state of the property.
