We can't thank Wayne and Anna for supporting us through a VERY difficult SMSF purchase in June at Runaway Bay. With delays in initially getting to QLD from Sydney to view the property and then finance delays and other concerns well out of our hands stressing us to the limit they could easily have let the deal go elsewhere but they stuck in there and supported us 100% right to the end. We have now passed on the property management since the purchase to Wisdom and we are very appreciative of and comfortable with their personal service. When the existing tenant recently decided to move on very soon after our purchase Wayne and Anna re-leased the property to a nice couple with great references within a few days for the desired rental we requested. Outstanding !!!!!!! We would highly recommend Wayne and Anna without hesitation at any time and are looking forward to a long association and friendship.

Professionalism
We purchased a property that Wayne Oweis from Wisdom Realty had listed. This particular property was part of a very messy & complicated legal situation that involved some unpaid contractors & personal issues with the previous owners. Thanks to the Patience, Professionalism & Diligence from Wayne Oweis, we managed to see the purchase go ahead. The end result was of great benefit to not only us as buyers, but also to the sellers. Professional and thorough
