For the past two years, Anna & Wayne Oweis from Wisdom Realty have managed my rental property at Biggera Waters. During this time they have acted in a professional, ethical and friendly manner. We can't thank Wayne and Anna for supporting us through a VERY difficult SMSF purchase in June at Runaway Bay. With delays in initially getting to QLD from Sydney to view the property and then finance delays and other concerns well out of our hands stressing us to the limit they could easily have let the deal go elsewhere but they stuck in there and supported us 100% right to the end. We have now passed on the property management since the purchase to Wisdom and we are very appreciative of and comfortable with their personal service.
