Nicole began her real estate career in residential property management at Woodards Real Estate. Quickly achieving record results for all her clients, this saw her recognized as Property Manager of the Year for the Carlton office for two years in a row. Nicole quickly mastered the craft of residential property management and sought a new challenge, moving to the Woodards commercial portfolio; all while studying to certify herself as fully licensed estate agent. Having extensive experience in both the Residential and Commercial fields, Nicole is the complete package and is able to assist you with all your investment needs. First class transition of rental management

Woodards took over the rental management of my (vacant) investment property in early February 2023. Their online systems made it easy for me to provide information about the property and my own particulars. They were patient and professional in dealing with my previous agent. They were fast but thorough in preparing the property for advertising. Their campaign attracted over 30 applications. I was kept informed throughout the campaign. Woodards then developed a strong short-list of vetted applicants and provided me with their recommendations. Before the end of February, I signed a lease with a new tenant. Amazing! Professional and courteous.

We recently moved our property portfolio to Woodards from another leading agent and I can honestly say that I regret not having made the move much earlier. Since handing over our portfolio all of our dealings with Woodards have been amazing. Quick to respond to all emails and to sort out a raft of issues caused by our previous agent, Woodards have proven themselves to be highly professional and more importantly so very approachable. If you are considering putting your trust in an agent then we cannot recommend Woodards more highly.
