Beyond our expectations
During the three-week auction campaign if our home, we've found Jason to be exemplary. His knowledge of the property market in the inner/inner North of Melb is impressive. He kept us well informed thoughout the campaign by constantly communicating with us before and after every inspection. He's shown he's a hard working professional, who is friendly, very punctual, and always responds to our calls in a timely manner. Our conversations with Jason gave us the confidence and trust that he's a skilled negotiator and auctioneer, which the end result proved that we were right!

Honest, upfront and first-rate support from start to finish
My partner and I met Stuart when he sold us our new home and we later reached out to him to help us sell our apartment that we were moving out of. From start to finish he was open, communicative and extremely supportive both on the purchasing and sales side of things. When we were purchasing, he made time for us to inspect the property and during settlement went out of his way to open the apartment for us to get measurements for fitouts organised. Going into the selling process, we had no prior experience but he walked it all through with us. He made sure we understood what was happening and throughout it all was professional, timely and demonstrated great knowledge of the real estate market and the processes in it. He's a stand up guy. 10/10 would absolutely recommend him to others. Thanks for all your help Stuart!

A seamless process
Jason's support, professional advice and commitment to me as the vendor enabled a informed and stress free experience throughout the sale of my property. Professional, courteous and trustworthy
Jason (and indeed the Woodards team working with him) was always professional, courteous, and responsive. Jason listened to me in terms of my budget and interest, and treated me with respect. All this, frankly, was not my experience with some other agents, who I felt, as a buyer, I just couldn't trust. Jason was instrumental to my finding a place to purchase that I'm quite happy with.
