Sam impressed me from the beginning as an excellent and honest communicator with amazing attention to detail, clearly explaining every step of the way patiently and thoroughly. This extended not only to the process but also the feedback after each inspection. He managed our expectations well, in terms of setting the reserve but also in terms of what happens in case things don't go as hoped , which they didn't I may add ;) .
