We originally went with a different agent in Northcote, but after months of poor communications and an unprofessional behaviours, we agreed to sign up with Stuart Mitchell. Stuart was everything he said he would be; excellent realistic market knowledge, he was attentove to our needs for information being interstate based, and did a great job of negotiating a solid price at the end.
