The service I received from both Cedric and Maria has been impeccable. Three days after I signed them to be my selling agent they had two verbal offers and the sale was finalised two weeks later, saving me $$$ in advertising fees, not to mention other fees such as for the furniture stylist etc. Their service didn't end once the paperwork was signed - far from it actually. Many times Maria has helped me with small issues around the apartment, such as giving me advice on any minor repairs that may be needed, giving access to the buyer and/or contractors and even going to the apartment to check the letterbox and put out the rubbish.
