It was the first time we were selling a property. After discussions with several local real estate agencies, Ruth is the agent we were most comfortable with. She is very experienced and confident. We have also attended a couple of her auctions. Ruth is an auctioneer who is able to make sure the pace and automasphere well controlled and managed. During the campaign stage, Ruth and her associate, Benjamin have given us several instructive suggestions which helped us make the right decisions without spending lots of time. She, as the managing director, also attended each opening and spent time to talk with each potential buyer. We received detailed report about each inspection setting out the responses from each person who inspected our property. This was very helpful in helping us to set out the right expectation about reserve price. The auction went very well and Ruth has done very well in inviting any potential buyer to join the auction and eliciting the last bid. We high recommend Ruth and Benjamin from Woodards Carnegie.
