Great Agent
Ruth comes across as confident and competent. Her long and deep experience of the market in Carnegie gave us great confidence in the whole auction process. Sometimes, though, she took for granted that we would know how some things worked, but was happy to explain it when pursued. But on all the things that really mattered to sell a place and encourage solid buyers to the auction, her work could not be faulted.

Achievement- Above Expectation
We selected Clare to represent us in selling our unit after she had been recommended by RateMyAgent. After our initial meeting we decided that Clare would be the best person to attract and negotiate with the people that we perceived as being in the target market for the property. This turned out to be the correct decision when we had no less than five interested parties bidding for the property at the auction. This saw us exceed the result that we had expected. Clare made a number of excellent recommendations regarding the presentation of the unit and conducted a very professional and thorough campaign. Exceeded expectations!
Ben is very professional, and made the whole process straight forward. We were Vendor newbies but he easily guided us through the process, happily explaining anything we didn’t understand, and making the process smooth and easy. Ben has fantastic local knowledge of Glen Huntly, and I will definitely be contacting Ben if we’re selling in Glen Huntly or surrounds again! Ben’s assistant Beau did a great job as well with all the buyer follow up, and keeping us up to date throughout. Woodards Glen Huntly is a great team to have selling your house.

Highly Recommend!

Clare is the best - professional and smart

Brilliant Agent
We have known Clare Adams for a number of years. Initially, Clare was managaing some rental properties for us - and always attended to this work in an efficient and friendly manner. Thorough and efficient
We had noted over some time Cedric's results and decided to work with him after his valuation sat in the same region as another agent. Sale result aside, we could not have been more pleased with his (and his partners) support and advice particularly as we were interstate.
