They were not very communicative, when asked questions- they were very dismissive after the contract was signed and not very helpful. Haven't had a single email replied to. Property report came in after I'd moved in. Was messaged the day of my move in that the property clean hadn't been complete and blinds still needed to be removed and cleaned, bathrooms needed a clean and handy work was required. Needed to make for contractors for works that wasn't complete before move in date. Heads up would've been appreciated as opposed to the day of the move when the move was locked in.

We had some complex and challenging issues with our property and being located far away it was great to havre Kiarra and the broader team represent us. They helped us navigate regulations, insurance, trades, and found us new tenants making an otherwise stressful situation feel manageable. Highly recommend!

Bella was exceptional and friendly, her smiles and the easygoing attitude welcomes us when we were viewing houses from Xceedre. Moving from another state and trying to find a place was so stressful for us, but she helps and makes the process better for us. Thanks again for letting us rent in one of your properties.

Molly has been thorough and well-organized — each application came through with a clear breakdown of income, tenant's reason for moving, rating and comments from previous agent, which made it easy for us to make quick, informed decisions. Her communication has been warm and professional throughout, which makes the back-and-forth pleasant rather than just transactional. She's kept the process moving at a good pace, getting applications to us promptly after each one comes in.

I sincerely want to thank the team at Xceed, who have aptly lived up to their name. As someone with limited time and who is based in a faraway state, the team at Xceed made owning property EASY. For that, they deserve all the credit. Aden, happy customer of Xceed.

Decided to delay my response for a review of Xceed - as I was initially apprehensive at starting this new tenancy. Thankfully - I am fully satisfied with how my issues have been promptly addressed (as long as I requested them using the correct procedures). I would definitely give Xceed the thumbs up...
