Exceed Real Estate's professionalism is far better than i am used to from my previous property management. Excellent Knowledge, communication and professionalism from everyone in the team. I'm just waiting for my other property management agreement to run its course and I'll be switching that property to Exceeds expert hands.

Communication was prompt and polite. We were in desperate need of a real estate agent to take us seriously and Kristie Lee came through for us. Thanks again for the help! The condition report was organised thoroughly and the inspector had many photos attached for reference. I'd recommend Xceed to anyone struggling to find a home on a time constraint.

We highly recommend Ms Courtenay Barry as a real estate professional! They made my renting experience smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive and kept me informed at every step. Their deep knowledge of the local market helped me secure a great rental for my apartment.

I have recently had the enormous pleasure of working with Bella to transition my property from one real estate to Xceed. My experience with the precious agency was extremely stressful and the keys were due to be handed back while I was overseas. Bella stepped up and did everything and more to help with the hand over. Including offering to clean where the cleaner had not! Bella is always on to it and her communication is wonderful. I can't thank her enough and have not stopped recommending her and Xceed to everyone I know. Thanks Bella and the Xceed team, I'm looking forward to the future.
