Xceed Real Estate is very efficient with what they do. Kristie and team are very quick with the whole process (professional photos, ads and leasing). We were pretty much hands off, once the property is built. The cherry on top is that Xceed are very quick to respond to any query / concerns we had via e-mail and phone calls.

Hello. I am from Sydney, and this is my first time renting a place. The Agent in charge of the property was extremely professional and did all necessary communication with my accountant in Sydney because I had work commitments. Transferring the keys was also stress-free and Harvey met me in the City which was more convenient for me - rather than attending the real estate office to pick up the keys.
