I would recommend xceed as property manager. The releasing process was diligent and smooth. As owners we were kept in the loop adequately and timely. Key decisions required were always backed with proper advise. The selection process resulted in new high quality tenants. Thanks to Michael, Courtenay and the rest of the Xceed team!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Bella assist us throughout this process. Her passion, professionalism, and warm-hearted approach made us feel truly supported and confident from start to finish. It’s clear that she always had our best interests at heart. Bella took the time to really understand our needs and provided thoughtful, expert guidance every step of the way. Her knowledge and dedication made a significant difference, and thanks to her, we feel much more at ease moving forward. We’re so grateful for everything she’s done and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

One of my experiences was that the previous tenant left my property untidy and dirty, Xceed organized the cleaning to my satisfaction which they debited from the previous tenant's bond. I was thankful for that.

We recently rented through Xceed and couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the home open to picking the keys up, communications have always been good, and the process made as easy as possible. Fast, friendly and professional is how I would describe the service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Xceed to anyone looking to rent a property.

Our first experience with Xceed RE, and from the very start , they were totally professional, very Company knowledgeable and had both their Company and us, as clients, at heart. Aamber, as our property manager, is totally on board with what is needed by us, required by Xceed RE and available from the owners. Friendly and approachable. Knows her job, inside out, and the local area well. Kristie-Lee and Charlie in the office, totally on top of their game. Big thank you to Xceed RE staff for taking the time to care, and the owners for saying YES.

Twice now had contractors turn up to the property without prior notification and on one occasion they just let themselves in the backyard. Miss-communication and conflicting advice given about connecting the internet. Communication between their internal teams as well as with their tenants needs to improve.

We are renting a property from Xceed real estate and the experience so far has been smooth sailing and straightforward from the viewing to the moving in.
