Cassandra has been fantastic to work with - she's super professional and has been a massive help in navigating a change of tenants while balancing minor renovations at the same time. Being based in Melbourne, Cassandra's expertise and assistance in Perth has been a massive help - a big thank you once again.

Deon took all the stress out of leasing my property. Living interstate, there were a lot of moving parts that I physically wasn't able to coordinate, and Deon acted amazingly as my 'eyes and ears on the ground', helping to facilitate the move-out of my existing tenant and move-in of the incoming tenants, in a very tight time-frame. Thanks so much for your help, Deon!

Experienced the Xceed's Professional service and excellent communication. It helped us to find our firstever tenancy/home in Australia. Particularly, our manager Angela Zhao helped us to navigate through Australia's rent culture with a supportive, genuine and friendly attitude. As a newcomers, such an experience was meaningful for me and my family. Highly recommended agency

Overall, the team acted and communicated in a professional manner except for a time when I asked for the lights to be replaced the second time. There was a long period of pause and no feedback to resolve the issue. Only after a new property manager did the issue got resolved promptly. Otherwise, other requests were attended to in a swift manner.
