Very experienced, professional and good communications.

Maree, Michael and Andreea were supportive and tentative to my needs. They offered professional advice and readily communicated with me. They were polite and I feel that they looked out for my best interest. Very happy with their service.

Role of Real Estate Agents

Xceed Real Estate has been managing my investment property for many years. In 2024 I wanted to have renovations done. It was a nightmare to get permission from the Strata. Thanks to Maree Carlone from Xceed Real Estate, it was eventually done after a few months. When she was not available, there was always someone as helpful to respond to my needs during the few months it took to finalise it. She suggested a flooring company and organised the installing as well on my behalf when I was not available . Thanks again.

Very knowledable, with excellent communication and outstanding professionalism

From viewing the property to moving in, Exceed kepts us in the loop, made sure we were aware of our requirements. Assisted with paperwork etc. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process and made themselves available when requested to answer questions and queries. Excellent knowledge, professional at every stage and great communication.

Excellent professional service by Xceed RE

We are very much delighted to have Xceed reommended and selected as our agent to manage our property in Alkimos. Xceed always keeps us well updated about the property and has very efficient tenancy screening to find reliable and quality tenants. Belynda personally reached out to introduce herself as our designated PM, confirm her availability and that we can always reach out to her for any concerns about the property. We are very confident that our property will be properly taken care of, and being with Xceed will be a landlord stress-free experience overall .

A good experience as a landlord

Michael, the Leasing Consultant helped me to lease the house very efficiently. He also provided me some suggestions prior to that and made the process so smooth. Excellent communication.
