I've had a pleasant experience as a new landlord of a Perth property. Kriste and the team have been wonderful to work with, keeping me up to date with details regarding my property as well as ensuring checks, work and maintenance is completed to the highest quality. Great experience and look forward to continuing our working relationship for the foreseeable future.

I recently worked with Michael Tran from Exceed Real Estate to secure a tenant for my property in Padbury, and I couldn't be more impressed. In the current challenging rental market, where finding reliable tenants can be tough, Michael’s expertise and persistence truly stood out. He navigated the competitive landscape with skill, providing me with sound advice and keeping me updated at every step. Despite the difficulties, he managed to secure a quality tenant . Michael’s professionalism, dedication, and knowledge of the Padbury markets made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Xceed took over the management of my properties seven months ago after a nightmare experience. after they had been severely mismanaged by another company and they have continued to exceed my expectations. Dasha, in particular, has been a standout. She acts swiftly and professionally to resolve serious issues, including the successful eviction of a non-paying tenant within six weeks—something the previous company failed to achieve across two court hearings and a trial due to filing incorrect paperwork. Throughout the process, Dasha provided constant support and shared her extensive knowledge. She is truly invaluable and worth her weight in gold. Special thanks also go to Lasha, who has seamlessly taken over the day-to-day management of my properties. In just a short time, she has replaced all the poorly written leases with well-drafted ones that protect me, my properties, and my tenants. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything is in order is appreciated. I am sincerely grateful to the entire Xceed team for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. They have completely turned around the management of my properties, and I now have complete confidence that my investments are in the best possible hands. Highly recommend Xceed to anyone looking for a property management team that truly goes above and beyond.

I had a very seamless experience getting my new build investment property in Eglinton, WA leased with Deon Nickell-Davies. Deon is highly communicative and always on top of things. She was able to identify further jobs that needed to be done before the property could be leased, like when armyworms ate my backyard, and swiftly employ contractors to resolve them. She also pushed the builder for me on their remaining inspection items to be completed. She sorted so much for me in just a short period of time! As an overseas investor, it was a relief to have found someone like Deon - I didn't have to chase up on anything or worry about the property. I had full confidence that the property was in good hands. I really appreciate Deon's proactiveness - she is an absolutely excellent agent! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to helping me lease my investment property. She provided expert guidance on pricing, marketing, and tenant screening, ensuring I found the perfect tenants quickly. Thanks to her expertise, I now have reliable tenants and peace of mind. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly goes above and beyond, reach out to Deon. I can’t express enough gratitude for her incredible work! Besides that, Deon is simply a pleasure to work with—kind, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely work with Deon again for any future properties in the area. After reaching out to a few property management companies, I initially chose Xceed because Deon gave such detailed and thorough responses to all of my questions and followed up effectively. This attention to deal and communicativeness followed throughout the whole process, and I'm very glad with the decision I made. Thanks so much Deon! Love your work!
