I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristie-Lee from Exceed Real Estate to rent out my property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Kristie-Lee demonstrated a remarkable understanding of the market and provided invaluable advice to ensure I got the price I wanted. Her professionalism and punctuality were evident throughout the entire process. She communicated effectively, keeping me updated every step of the way. The electronic paperwork was handled efficiently, with no issues or delays, making the entire process seamless. Kristie-Lee also arranged a fantastic photoshoot that showcased my property beautifully. The listing on their website was top-notch, attracting a lot of interest quickly. Thanks to her efforts, the property was rented, and all paperwork was completed within just 2 to 3 weeks. Her negotiation skills were exceptional, and she advised me on the best course of action, taking into account her deep understanding of the local market. I highly recommend Kristie-Lee from Exceed Real Estate for her outstanding service and dedication.

The ad for our rental property matched perfectly to how it was in person. It was so easy to book an inspection date and time. The 2apply app really helped to speed things up as far as applications go. Email communication was prompt and professional, as well as phone calls. Our questions were answered so quickly and it all felt so easy.
