Belynda has done an amazing job with the initial condition report, it was thorough and we only had to add very minor things, also Allison was responsive in our emails and understanding of our situation when we had to move the house inspection date.

My family and I are moving to WA from over east and starting new jobs so it made the whole process a little bit trickier , I called up the team at exceed and explained my situation and they were very helpful simply told me what I needed to do and provide for our application , I did that and 3 days later we were approved and now have a beautiful home to move into when we arrive. Everyone that I dealt with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple and my wife and I are extremely grateful and would highly recommend the exceed team to anyone looking to rent or buy.
