I have had a great experience with Xceed. From the beginning, they have been helpful, responsive, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Bella in particular has made my first time leading a property easy and seamless. I am very happy with the outcome of my experience and look forward to continuing to work with Xceed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bella from Xceed RE to lease my property, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The leasing experience was nothing short of exceptional. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service and communication provided by Bella. She made the process of leasing my property a breeze and I am confident that I made the right choice in selecting them as my agent. I would highly recommend Bella and Xceed RE to anyone looking to lease their property with confidence and peace of mind. Bella, thank you for your outstanding service and dedication to date. It has been a pleasure working with you! Please keep up the good work.

During the whole rental process, our agent has been helping us, answering our questions, and never complaining. I think this is very good. Since it was our first time to rent a house, we didn't have much experience, but Gary answered all our questions very carefully. It's really good! In addition, since we currently do not have an Australian mobile phone number, we can only contact by email, but our agent still replied in a timely manner. In addition, I hope there can be a more detailed introduction to the property.

We had an outstanding experience working with Samantha Sharma. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market, and dedication to finding me the perfect home were beyond impressive. From the initial consultation to closing day, she guided me through every step with clarity and enthusiasm. Her responsiveness and attention to detail truly set her apart. I highly recommend Samantha from Xceed Real Estate to anyone looking for a seamless and successful real estate transaction.

I would like to commend Courtenay for her excellent service. She has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process! However, I hope can be improved in the future: During inspections, the lady in charge seemed to have a rather unwelcoming attitude.
