We recently leased a property through Xceed Real Estate and the process with Courtenay and all was smooth and the result fortunately landed in our favour. After making it to a few shortlists prior we where xtremely relieved to get the good news!
Xceed Real Estate
Xceed were amazing when dealing with the lease for our new property. We have found the process of leasing in Australia to be quiet challenge and we were unsure we would get our own home. But the communication we received from Xceed really put our minds to rest, they were there to answer any questions we had and when we emailed supporting documents to support our application they responded very promptly. From the moment we received an email to say we have been accepted, to signing the lease the whole process has been so streamlined and stress free. Would definitely recommend Xceed to anyone looking to rent a property.

Initially Janet assisted me with putting the apartment on the market to sale then transitioned to leasing the apartment instead with her colleague Kristie-Lee. Both of the agents shown great deal of commitment to meet my requirements with result better than o have expected. They are always so polite and friendly without compromising the excellent result produced during the whole process. It was done seamlessly perfect and the property was leased within a short period of only a few days listed on the market. I am very impressed with the service provided by Janet and Kristie-Lee. So I sincerely thank you from hearts to both of your good work and hard work. Gratefully, Richard
