We were looking for an apartment and we’re lucky to find it quickly. We loved that photos on the web-site were close to the real apartment; the inspections were comfortable and the agent was ready to answer questions with details. There were a couple of misprints in the tenant agreement, but they were fixed during 1 working day.

The process was smooth and hassle free. We recently bought an investment property and appointed Xceed to be our property manager. From the start they were pro-active with the process. Assisted is with final inspection and manage to put our property in the rental market a few days before settlement. Robyn was great and helped us with the process and manage to find us a tenant within a few days of settlement. She was also selective with the tenant choice and we are very happy with the result.
