Joe is an absolutely amazing agent. He worked with us through a lengthy period where we were looking to sell our rental property. We had many obstacles towards the end of the rental period and also during the home preparation period leading into marketing the property for sale, these were due to us living interstate. Joe was amazing in organising many different trades to resolve maintenance and repair issues, and his trade contacts were excellent value, he would meet trades onsite and ensure the jobs were completed to standard, he would then follow this up with photos and videos that he would later send through to us. Nothing was too much trouble for Joe and his only focus was to achieve a great price for us (we achieved well above asking price) and also ensure the buyer was receiving a great home in excellent condition. Joe stands out that far from other agents, that I personally received a call from my conveyancer towards the end our settlement date to tell me what a caring, compassionate and honest agent she though he was, and I couldn’t agree more. I could not recommend Joe highly enough to list any property you have, or even to purchase a property through him.

Selling my property with Ryan recently was a great experience. Ryan was very professional, proactive, fast to respond or keep me updated with any progress, and very genuine and direct with pricing and expectations. All of Ryan's recommendations regarding property renovations or repairs worked out great, and went to the lengths of sourcing and coordinating various contractors to carry out the work over and above what was expected.
