Joe from my experience is very good at managing the process I believe for all parties. In this case there were three, the seller, the buyer and the tenants in the property I purchased. I was informed regularly as needed along the way. Also during the process I was impressed at how Joe has helped the tenannts thru the process and assited them with sourcing a new rental in a very tight market. This was not something that I think Joe had to do but I believe did this as a service so that every party was looked after. Joe works for XCEED realty and I think definitely lived up to the named and exceeded in his dealings with all parties.

Joe Da Mata gave us great advice to hold off the sale as the market was turning into a sellers market and we did and reaped the benefits of that. Communication from Joe on required documentation for the sale was terrific and all other matters needed to get the property ready for selling. The feedback from our open house and also of the many offers we got for the property helped us make a quick decision on which offer to accept everything went smoothly from advertising the property for sale to settlement.
