Right from the start I had a great feeling about Siobhan. She was genuine, up front, honest and sincere. She told me what I could get for my house and she got me just that in quick time. I believe her old-fashioned way of communication ( ie in person or phone calls) mixed with up to date marketing strategies makes her so successful. Being so experienced and professional, she takes the stress out of the selling process for the seller and I would guess for the buyer too. Siobhan has sold two properties for us in the space of 18 months. She was recommended to us by an acquaintance who was absolutely thrilled with the outcome when selling their house for them. And We were obviously so impressed with her service when selling our first house that we engaged her services a second time. And if we ever sell again (!) we will definitely use Siobhan again, and again. She suggested a few tweeks we could make in order to maximise our home’s value and then sent her team of experts over to get our house looking it’s very best ready for sale. This included a stylist, copywriter, photographer and a videographer. The final accepted offer was way above our expectations and that of other agents’.
