Another happy seller
I happily sold for what Clare had set my expectations on. When it took a little longer than I had hoped, she didn’t use it as an opportunity to push me to drop the price, instead reassuring me that these things don’t always happen in lightning speed. I would absolutely recommend her and Clare’s knowledge of the property market in East Fremantle is very hard to beat.

As a buyer, Clare was great to deal with.
We purchased a property from a vendor Clare represented. Although she was representing the seller, she was excellent through the negotiation. Given we only purchase a few homes in our lifetime, it is an emotional process, and Clare was able to help us through that. Our settlement took place whilst we were overseas and both Clare and her team took great care to ensure everything completed smoothly.
