Brendon answered all my phonecall enquiries promptly, politely and with no signs of impatience. At all times he was well presented and reliable, meeting when he said he would and keeping us well informed.He revealed a thorough knowledge of the market although we didn't question him about this as we had been searching online for 6 months or more. This property suited us with its wooden floors, easily maintained yard, lack of extensive paving and neighbourhood walkability. The price was above my expectations but on par with other properties I had seen on line,i.e. ,effectively doubling since last being sold ,15 years previously.
