It’s great to have a team that know exactly what to do and help me along the way. I was nervous so contact agents as a first time landlord, but Nick put that at ease as he was lovely to chat to and he knew exactly how to assist. He gave a lot of advice and helped with all the hard tasks. Amanda has also been an absolute gem with keeping on top of all of our questions. She doesn’t miss a beat! I’ve enjoyed communicating with the team and feel our place is in good hands. We have moved quite far away but communication has still been excellent. They are timely with tasks and always keep me in the loop. I’ve very much enjoyed the process which has been a shock to me. I highly rate this excellent team.
