Nick and the team at Your Haven Realty have been managing my rental property for around 18 months, and the service has been top-notch. Its obvious that they take a lot of pride in their customer service (to both owners and tenants) and I'm always confident that they have any sort of task or issue in hand. They use a great property management software platform which ensures that all documents are stored centrally and securely, and all statements and receipts are sent through promptly - it means I have one less thing to worry about organising myself. I'd absolutely use them again and happily recommend them to others.
