We have had James as our real estate agent on at least 3 separate occasions now, both as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer on two occasions, I cannot fault James' communication and negotiation skills. As a seller, James and the team at YPA had a great database of people to contact even prior to us being ready to sell. For our latest sale, we were on the internet for 1 week and our house sold at just over the higher end of our scale. James is always courteous and positive in his dealings, whether you are a buyer or seller. He always called when he said he was going to, ready to give us an update on the progress of inspections and he also had great ideas in preparing our properties for sale to get the best result.
