Kirsty was very thorough in our first meeting and my wife and I built up an instant rapport and feelgood in trusting Kirsty with our future. We had an experience over 30 years ago where no one turned up to an auction we had. So we took some convincing to go to auction v private sale. Kirsty shared all information and data supporting going to auction. We were very happy with the communication lines that Kirsty had executed. These included having the support of the whole YPA team who all invested in selling our house of 28 years. The advertising was quite broad ranging from Internet to newspaper advertising showcasing our house. The lead up to the auction was very nerve racking but Kirsty and team excelled on the day in a very professional manner resulting in a great sale and achieving over 25K over the reserve price. It is my opinion that when in the market for a new property one of the first things you look for is professionalism. Well our experience with Kirsty from YPA Werribee went above and beyond the call of duty of an agent. Always returns call, has a positive attitude that gives you a very comforting feeling when dealing with the more stressful parts of the contract.
