The first impression that I had of Kirsty was when we inspected the house first time. I could see how well she was looking after the house during the inspection. She was closing the doors behind people who would forget to close to keep out the dust. ( it was a windy day). She engaged everyone and was making sure everyone gets the attention. She followed up next day and was very helpful during the negotiation. She also helped me during the whole process of buying with all the information that I needed. I feel lucky that Kirsty was involved in this or this could have not gone through. Would like to thank her for all the support and help through the journey. Absolute legend of this industry.
