In particular we were relieved at their lack of "pushiness": after dealing with some other agents, especially in Brisbane, we had become rather cautious, but were pleasantly surprised. One other comment-the term "Priced to Sell" in place of an actual price on real estate websites initially put us off, but on making contact the doubts vanished.
