Ann is very personable and professional and made an effort to ensure we were looked after. Her marketing skills are second to none. However, the market was not as we expected and we were a little disappointed in what our house achieved given what we were led to believe was a fair and realistic price guide. If you have a well presented house at the very high end of the market then Zeb Realty would be very competitive in today's market.

What a welcome breath of fresh air Anne Ellison is in the local Range real estate scene! Having indicated my interest & willingness to sell to firstly one, then two local agents with not so much as a follow up I contacted Anne. She did her research and promptly arranged to meet me on site with her fellow team member husband, armed with all the info. She gave me her estimate of value, which she expressed confidence in achieving & which was bang on with my own based on a recent professional valuation I'd had. I was told by a few people that Ann was "the best on the Sunshine Coast". I can tell you that the reviews are in and my friends were right. Ann worked very hard for me and it wasn't an easy sale for either of us. The market was tough and the buyers were tougher.
