When we decided to sell our house we noticed a lot of signs go up for Zeb Realty and quite quickly the Sold sign was on them. We rang and spoke to Ann and she came to our place the next day. She was very knowledgeable about our area and very easy to talk to, she listened to us about what we wanted and expected and then told us how she was going to go about selling our home. Ann only brought people who were very interested in our type of property, in the end she sold our place for a price we were happy with. I recommend Ann, and would use her again in the future.

Ann and Stuart were extremely helpful with pre sales ideas for getting the property ready to sell. In addition to the listed open viewing times they were also very flexible about showing potential purchasers through the property as a number were restricted as to when they could view. We would recommend Ann as she was very good at following up with potential purchasers and negotiating and communicates well, keeping us up to date with what was happening.

After several negative experiences with agents on the Sunshine Coast. we found Ann to be very reliable, very professional, honest and very generous with her time.
