David recently sold our house and provided service above expectation. His pitch to maximise interest and offers was spot on and our house sold quickly and way above asking. David is friendly, genuine and cares sbout what he does. Cannot recommend enough...great agent.
I found David to be down to earth and honest. He gave me very realistic expectations of what I could achieve with the sale of the property. He kept in touch frequently throughout the process. He would offer his thoughts and opinions on issues, but ultimately left the decisions up to me. I achieved a quick sale for a realistic price, and was very happy with my dealings with David.
it was easy to deal with david and think he was straight forward about the market condition
Sale of our rental property could not have gone more smoothly. David explained the marketing strategy and market conditions clearly and communicated with us all the way through the sale process. His colleague, Angela, was also very professional and thorough in regard to explaining documents and keeping us informed of any developments/requirements. We were happy with the final price obtained for the property which sold at first open. David ensured that our interests were always put first and provided relevant info in regard to prospective purchasers to enable us to make informed decisions. The most impressive factors with the whole process were that we were kept informed at every step and nothing was too hard I can highly recommend David as an agent for sale of homes in the southern suburbs of Adelaide
David was able to effectively and supportively walk us through the process, explain the market and his recommended strategies and be transparent about costs. We were able to get a price above our asking range on the first open, and a short settlement period, with communication regarding where the process was up to every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with David and Angela.
We were happy with our result. Communication was excellent, kept us posted every step. Assistant Angela was also excellent to deal with, always very helpful and professional.
We could not be happier with how easy and fast the sale of our home was. David is incredibly knowledgable, experienced, professional and just a really lovely person. We were walked through every step of the process and always kept up to date with what was going on. After only ONE open, we had four offers on our home, with three of them being above the asking price. We would also like to throw a little "shout out" to Angela, David's sales assistant. They truely worked well as a team and made what could have been a very stressful time, very easy for us. We had an amazing result and highly recommend David and would use him again in a heartbeat!
We can highly recommend David Hams to anyone considering selling their home. He is both friendly and professional and keeps his client informed and updated throughout the entire process. David got us the price that we wanted in the short time frame that we had. He not only sold our home, he enabled us to purchase our dream home too. David Hams is not only a credit to the profession, he is also a great guy.
We selected David because he has previously sold property for us while we were living interstate and his communication was excellent throughout, selling the property quickly. Throughout the whole process of selling this property David's advice about presentation and knowledge of the market was invaluable. David worked very hard to build up interest in the property prior to first open inspection and the property was sold at first open, greater than our expected outcome. We will always recommend David to any one selling property , his advise and constant communication makes a vendor feel involved in the whole process of selling our property quickly.
Can highly recommend David, we have sold two houses with him in the past 6 months and both were on the market for only a month. David knows what the market is doing and knows how to look at each sales opportunity with a point of difference. A great communicator and always follows up as needed. We live interstate and David liaised with the tenant and property manager on an investment property and did an incredible job and keeping all parties informed and happy. Would not hesitate in using David Hams again to sell a property!
