We can not be more happier with our sale results and the professional services and advices we get throughout the whole selling process. Andrew is certainly the BEST agent we have dealt with on every level!! We will definitely ask Andrew to sell for us in the future!

We found Andrew and the team at Harcourts to be very professional throughout the whole campaign. At every open home we had dozens of buyers through the home. The price we achieved exceeded our expections by over $40,000. We will be recommending Harcourts Unlimited to all our family and friends.

Andrew was always available when we needed advice and support. He was available in the evenings to meet with us which was invaluable, when working in the day. His knowledge of the industry and market was extremely impressive and we felt we made an excellent choice choosing Andrew as our agent. He explained everything clearly, with no jargon, making it an extremely easy and stress-free process from start to finish. On auction day, he was very open, supportive and helpful. His follow up afterwards was excellent and we would highly recommend Andrew and Harcourts.

I purchased 226 Captain Cook Drive through Andrew at Harcourts in May 2013, so when we decided to sell in 2015 I chose Andrew again. Both buying and selling I found Andrew to be, honest and professional. He explained the contract, marketing and sales strategies clearly and showed a real interest in getting the best outcome for us. In the end achieving a sale that we were very happy with. I could not be happier.

After careful consideration we entrusted Andrew & the team with the sale of our home. The market knowledge, communication & professionalism was second to none. We achieved a great result because of their enthusiasm & dedication. The whole process has been very smooth and we've felt incredibly supported. Andrew is absolutely the best in the business and we will happily recommend him & the Harcourts team to our friends and family.

If you want a price far above what the market is going for then list with Andrew. There is no mess no fuss, he knows what he is doing knows the market backwards and is the most professional person I have across. Yet he is very approachable, likable and very helpful. My wife and I would not hesitate recommending Andrew every chance we get..
