In my many years' experiences with agents on three different continents, none come close to the level of Karen Renouf. At the very first meeting, she was warm and friendly and professional. She carefully shared information about sales in my area and gave me a realistic picture of what I could expect to receive for my property. She was honest in sharing the reality of the sales in my area. She made no promises of what I would receive but rather promised to do her best to get the best price. She discussed her strategy for marketing to achieve it. And that strategy resulted in me getting a great price. In our various conversations, Karen also took the time to get to know me and this made our interactions more genuine. It is difficult to articulate accurately my view of Karen's services other than to say that she is a first class.

Both Karen and Ian impressed us from the first time we met them. It was apparent that they thoroughly knew the local and regional real estate market and inspired confidence without pushing unrealistic expectations. They listened to our concerns and needs and acted on them. Unlike with other agents, we never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with.
