Hi there, to whoever is reading… I have to say it was an awesome experience and of ease to work with this lovely Lady Karen and also along side with Tony, made all the worries go away , they definitely have my vote for anyone out there who wants to sell there cherished home…! Cheers and Thankyou for everything!!!

Karen and Tony made the buying process as smooth as possible with excellent communication at every step.

Karen went out of her way to help us sell our home. She worked tirelessly and supported through every aspect. Karen will be still helping us until settlement is finalised. We appreciate all she has done for us.

Karen was very helpful with selling my house.

Karen brings a calm and reassuring approach to a stressful experience and goes above and beyond for her clients to get the job done.

After 14 months of actively seeking a home and missing out on multiple occasions what a unique breathe of fresh air Karen has been. My partner and I had become disillusioned with the competitive nature of the market and many agents baiting us. However, our dismay swiftly turned into hooray upon meeting Karen Renouf. We found Karen to be honest, helpful and honourable above all our expectations and previous experiences with other agents. Karen supported rather than pressured us in the purchase of our new home and proved to be patient, professional and respectful throughout the whole process. Our confidence in Karen grew greater with every correspondence due to her genuine communication, commitment and concern for our needs. We would highly recommend Karen to any prospective client, whether they be buyer or seller, as she is a rare gem in the real estate game.

Karen was a delight to work with. We got regular feedback and she presented several offers. It was clear that competition was created between the prospective buyers and we were delighted with the final price achieved. I am also very happy to recommend Ian shortell and Tony Webber in Karen's team to anyone considering selling a property.

Tony from team Renouf was so helpful throughout the whole process. He was there with me whenever he needed to be with he cool head and advice on any issue that came along. Thanks Tony and Team Renouf.

Efficient and helpful. Purchasing a home always has its challenges but the purchase of this property was made easier. Thankyou Tony and Karen .

Karen and Tony were very friendly and easy to deal with, they were professional with a calming influence to make the whole process as stress free as possible.

I mainly worked with Tony throughout the process and he kept me well informed from the open homes to settlement. Both Karen and Tony worked hard and sold for our asking price on the first open home.

Karen gave us a price range that she thought our property could achieve and she succeeded in gaining the top of that range. Communication was excellent, Karen kept us aware of what was happening at all times. It was a pleasure to have done business with Karen
