I recently employed Karen and Chloe to sell my house, and came up with the right strategy to get my home sold. Karen kept me up to date at every step, and was honest and to the point, which I really appreciated, and often rare to find in an agent. I am very happy with Karen's efficient and friendly service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Given my family have used Karen numerous times, they won't use anyone else, and now I understand why. Thanks Karen.

Karen and her team made our interstate search for a home easy and stress free. Communication was prompt and the knowledge of the market and area helped us to make an informed decision we were truly comfortable with. Highly recommend working with Karen who will always take time to answer your questions, won't rush or persuade decisions, and her professional and friendly nature is exactly what you need when making big decisions about your home.

We have had the pleasure of having Karen and her team sell our property. From the very beginning to the end Karen has shown professionalism and integrity. Karen's knowledge of the market is testimony to the experience she has gained over her career . Down to earth and honest. Karen carries out everything she has said she will do and we found Karen very easy to contact and work with at all times. We would advise and recommend Karen to anyone buying or selling real estate.

I had the pleasure of working with Karen Renouf’s team for the sale of my grandfathers home, which came with a host of complexities and emotional baggage. From the very beginning, Tony was a true professional and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to getting the job done. Tony too the time to understand the delicate nature of the situation and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and heard throughout the process. Not only did Tony manage the emotional complexities of the sale, but they also handled the logistical challenges with ease, going above and beyond the expectations of an agent, The home had a few challenges that made it a difficult sell, but Tony was able to find creative solutions and market it in a way that attracted serious buyers. Throughout the process, Tony was always available to answer our questions and provide updates. They were incredibly patient, kind, and empathetic - qualities that were greatly appreciated during such a difficult time. In the end, Tony was able to sell for a price that exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and we're grateful to Tony for their exceptional service. If you're looking for a real estate agent who understands the complexities of selling a home with emotional ties, look no further than Karen and team. They're a true professional, and we highly recommend their services.

You couldn’t ask for a better team with whom to work. Their support was unwavering as we navigated an unexpected hurdle that could have derailed our plans. Communication was excellent throughout the process and Chloe and Ian in particular were simply super. Thankyou

I couldn't be more happier with the service I received from Karen Renouf and her team. Very impressive, professional and took care of everything. No need to organise or chase up anything. I will be using this team again in the future and recommend to everyone.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Karen Renouf and her team. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property. What an amazing experience.

Karen was awesome throughout the entire sale period. Anything we asked for was accommodated for us. She was always available to speak to and prompt with replies to any of our questions. We achieved a great result in a declining marketplace. Best of all she was realistic about price and didn’t gain our business through unrealistic expectations which many other agents will try to do to get your business. In the negotiation part of the sale she worked hard to gain us the best possible outcome. She did not rush us at all just to get a sale. I’d recommend her and her agency to anyone wanting a professional, hassle free sale with the best possible resultant outcome.

We had a great experience using Tony Webber at LJ Hooker as our agent. We sold our house within 2 weeks of listing for the exact amount that we were trying to achieve. We did not have to pay marketing costs and the commission was the most competitive rate of all the agents we interviewed. The process was smooth and Tony went above and beyond the call by inspecting our property prior to handover and dealing with the issues and unfinished items relating to the build, attending to lawn mowing and cleaning etc (as we were selling a property directly after construction and we live in a different state). We would thoroughly recommend LJ Hooker - Team Renouf

Thank you Chloe for the incredible service helping us buy a unit for my Aunty. You processed the offer quick, allowed us to have multiple trades visit the property to quote works and even gave early access on settlement day for our painter to get started. Your communication was prompt and you made the whole process easy!

I know I am in expert hands when I call Karen again to sell another property for me. From start to finish it was a smooth transition and I knew with Karen I would get the best outcome.

They were professional, understanding and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The team simplified the process and kept us informed along the way. They went above and beyond what was required. Highly recommend them!! Thanks Tony, Karen & Chloe.
