I contacted Karen directly based on reviews and profile in the area. After the initial conversation and without any discussion, I was fobbed off to a more junior agent. I found this very unprofessional and quite arrogant to assume that I would want to deal with just anyone without even discussing with me. I found Karen to be down to earth and easy to get on with. There was no fuss, she did what she said she would do with our dealings with her being straight forward and simple.
We had a number of agents touting their skills and wanting to 'sell' our property for us, but Karen was the only one who offered to 'market' the property, and then promptly spent the next hour or so explaining how she intended to do that, clearly and concisely. Why I believe they are successful really is a testament to the TEAM part, everyone is very responsive. They also go above and beyond. Sold our house on the first viewing! We have sold properties before and this was by far a painless experience.
When we first saw the property online (after being only online for 1hr) we rang Karen to request a private inspection since we weren’t able to attend the open home scheduled for the weekend.
