She already had a number of potential buyers, and after the property was posted online on a Monday, we had our first inspection at 8.30 Tuesday morning. When deciding on an offer we wanted a brief rent-back clause, and she was able to obtain that for us. The whole process went smoothly, and in this she was ably assisted by her friendly and competent staff.

Why I believe they are successful really is a testament to the TEAM part, everyone is very responsive. They also go above and beyond. Sold our house on the first viewing! We have sold properties before and this was by far a painless experience.
