I recently sold my rental property at Wynnum with Karen and team from LJ Hooker Cleveland. Chloe was great to work with on the sale of the property. Chloe had it on contract within Two weeks. I found her very friendly and professional and competent. Nothing was any trouble and she kept me updated from signed contract to settlement. I have no hesitation in recommending Chloe as a selling agent.

We bought off Karen and her team. They were efficient, upfront and reliable, always available for viewings and great to deal with.

Karen has such a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to house sales in the Redlands. She went above and beyond our expectations in terms of helping us prepare our house for sale and then carrying through the sale to settlement. Karen organised photography and advertising of the highest quality and kept us constantly informed about everything throughout the process. We couldn't have been happier.

Very friendly, very understanding and very helpful though the the whole thing, we had a great experience working with them.

Karen is Proffesion to deal with and very upfront with her expectation. We love this approach as we knew what we wanted and needed to achieve from the sale and we’re given a realistic number to aim for, which we achieved and more. Chloe is also fantastic to deal with, very professional and great to communicate with. I would recommend Karen & Chloe if you are looking to sell your house, after following there sales I have seen they have achieved fantastic results for all there sellers !

The process of preparing marketing material was super fast and efficient - it was done and ready only 2 days after we appointed Karen as our agent. Which meant our house was advertised on line in time to attract weekend buyers, leading to offers almost immediately. Karen and Chloe kept us updated on all proposed inspections and gave us good feedback along the way. Karen negotiated a better offer with the successful buyer and managed that interaction until our open day was completed. Ebony was helpful and efficient all the way through. As first time property sellers, we were very pleased with the process and want to compliment Karen and her team on a job well done. Thanks!

After getting a pamphlet in the mail and meeting some agents we chose Karen to sell our rental property in Wellington Point. Karen has a wealth of knowledge of the area, delivers on her commitments and was really respectful of the existing tenant. Karen and her team made the process really simple. We only required 1 open home before we received an offer that we accepted. A big thank you to Karen,Ian and their team for the great work and result. We would highly recommend Karen and her team for their determination to get us the best price and outcome.

Ian was a consummate professional throughout our buying process with Jim. He was open and honest about everything and assisted us greatly to secure a house. Wild recommend him to anyone looking for a hardworking, trustworthy agent. Thank you Ian!

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience I had in selling my unit in the Redlands. Your team, especially Chloe was just wonderful. open communication, email and phone updates, notifications - all just keeping me in the picture. This sale was an interstate sale so I am so happy I entrusted your team with the sale of the home. Thank you

Karen and Ian were excellent to deal with and nothing was an issue, I would have no hesitation in recommending Karen and her team.

Market knowledge excellent, communication excellent, follow up and contact with clients excellent.

Always contactable Fair all inclusive up front commission rates with no hidden costs. As I was remote and couldn’t be in Brisbane to facilitate sale Karen and the team went over and above expectations to help. Special mention to Ian, thanks for your invaluable help and assistance. Timely efficient sale. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend.
